Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and pack all items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup at your convenience; for smaller items, simply use the provided prepaid shipping label.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
